Показана возможность определения концентрации пигментов культуры низших фототрофов, используя ее спектр поглощения в нативном виде. Разработана простейшая математическая модель описания спектров поглощения. Получены математические соотношения для концентраций пигментов. A possibility determination concentration pigment in a culture of microalgae was showed in this article, using its spectrum of absorption in a native kind. The simplest mathematical model description spectrums of absorption were developed. Mathematical correlations are got for the concentrations of pigments.
