Abstract:
Построена статистическая модель линейной регрессии методом наименьших квадратов. На её основе получена оценка зависимости количества нефтеокисляющих бактерий от географического района и типа грунта на разных горизонтах отбора проб. Установлено, что зависимость численности микроорганизмов от признака районирования наиболее выражена для Северо-западного и Кавказского районов, в то время как зависимость от механического состава наибольшая для грунтов илистого типа. The statistical model of linear regression was created by a least-squares method. The dependence estimation of oil-oxidizing bacteria from the geographical position and the type of sediments on different horizons of sampling was obtained. It was determined that the dependence of microorganisms from the positioning factor is mostly expressed for the North-West and Caucasian regions, while the dependence from the granulometric composition is maximal for the silt sediments.
