Abstract:
Модифицирована методика по определению нефтяных углеводородов в бентосных организмах и спиртовой вытяжке. Концентрация нефтепродуктов в макрозообентосе Севастопольской бухты варьирует от 3,1 до 81,5 мг/100 г возд.-сух. в-ва, в спирте – от 0,2 до 11,9 мг/100г возд.-сух. в-ва. The technique by definition of oil hydrocarbons in benthic organisms and alcoholic extract is modified. Concentration of oil products in macrozoobenthos of the Sevastopol bay varies from 3,1 up to 81,5 mg/100 g of air-dry substance, in alcohol – from 0,2 up to 11,9 mg/100 g of air-dry substance.
