Abstract:
Розглядається вплив поверхневого стоку, що надходив у ліпні 2004 р. з території м. Феодосія, на чисельність та функціональну активність мікрофлори прибережних вод Феодосійської затоки. Простежується ряд закономірностей, зокрема зниження питомої активності водної гетеротрофної мікрофлори при збільшенні абсолютних величин її чисельності й активності. Відмічається висока інформативність мікробіологічних і біохімічних показників якості водного середовища та рекомендується використовувати їх у санітарно-біологічних дослідженнях екологічного стану прибережних акваторій Чорного моря. The observed period rainwaters influence from the Feodosia town territory on the functional activity and abundance of the Feodosiаn Bay coastal waters microflora is analysed. The range of interdependences is established. For example, the microbial activity on the basis of cell was decreased at same time as the absolute values of the microbial activity and abundance was increased. The high informativeness of the microbiological and biochemical indicators of water medium quality is established and the use of such indicators in the sanitary-biological researches of the Black Sea coastal waters ecological state is proposed.
